third times a charm - [EXILE ANNOUNCEMENT] - Romulus - 03-28-2021

Whoever didn't expect this was a fool. Sojourn didn't see it at first, but Romulus had predicted it all along. Jormungand had ruined the relationship between Tanglewood and the Coalition of the Condemned and endangered the wanderers. As a result, something had to be done. With no leader present and Sojourn presumed dead, a position was up for grabs. Seeing potential to rehabilitate relationships, the lion took his chance to take control of the situation. His sister would undeniably agree with his decision anyways... or at least he assumed so.

Coming up to the mainland's camp, he let out a roar. "COALITION OF THE CONDEMNED! Gather for an announcement." His pastel orbs settled out on the crowd that gathered. Concerned faces breached his vision, causing his head to tilt and teeth to grit together. They were probably wondering what they were going to do about their leader's leave, but he had no definite answers, just like he did about his parent's. Instead, he moved along with another situation. Denial led him astray.

Satisfied with the amount that had shown their faces, the lion began to speak. "As some of you may know, we were told to leave Tanglewood alone." A claw pointed towards the south. "One guest violated these terms." Periwinkle eyes searched the crowd for a dark figure, hoping their subject would be present. Whether or not he spotted the panther, Romulus let out a booming call. "Jormungand, you have violated The Coalition of the Condemned's Code and endangered our people multiple times." He had been warned already. Once after a killing spree, another after disdainful actions towards a child, and now after a violation of their neutrality. The phrase was 'third times a charm' for a reason, after all.

"You are hereby exiled." The Malus lion shifted forward and came face-to-face with the front of the crowd. "Leave now or else you will be executed." Flames began to rise on the tips of his horns, beckoning him to take action. If Jormungand was smart though, he would have left the first time Romulus warned him, but he doubted that would be the case and instead kept his guard up.

It was almost amusing that Jormungand was being exiled from the Coalition, considering he wasn't an official member of the group. Aphra found it funny, at least, though in this specific situation, she couldn't exactly blame Romulus for being so angry at the recent capture that Jormungand made. So yes, this was expected in a way, but Aphra hadn't expected exile, maybe kicked out like she had been with The Typhoon, but definitely not exile.

Shame. Well, at least it meant that maybe his kids would be out of her sight finally.[glow=COLOR,1,400]✧*:・゚[/glow]

The deep grey persian cat grinned angrily, wings tucked in around her fur. There she stood, toward the back, atop a rock to get the best view. This was going to be interesting. Romulus spoke and instantly the Guru knew. Oh, Jor was going to get his ass beat when he returned to the Pitt - if someone told them what the buffoon did.

Ah, exile. What a lovely term. Thrown out for life, never to return. Standing on her hind legs, the guru called out, sounding rather excited but angered. "Get fucked, Pittian." With a few eyes drifting to her, she shrugged. In reality, she was more than happy to see him go - although that would mean that his kids would be leaving too. Now that, he wouldn't admit this, was a slight problem.

"they flip the siren, hit the lights" ── Speak of the devil, here was one of the kids. Totally unaware of the drama that had circulated around Jormungand or the recent arrival of the Tanglewood leader over the jaguar’s capture, all Angel had really been able to understand was that to his surprise, his father actually owed allegiance to another group that wasn’t this one, and no one seemed to care much for his well-being or what he did. Admittedly, the cub wasn’t sure he liked that, and a twinge of confusion followed him over where he ought to be. On one hand, he had been born here, the only home he knew, but on the other hand Aphra didn’t care much for her children, with Jormungand carrying all the responsibility. He would have been incredibly upset at the ideas Aphra didn’t verbalize, for even as much as he avoided his mother’s cold and distant presence, hoping he’d leave behind his exiled father with his brothers would have still wounded his soul.

Angel’s ears lowered as he looked around for either Asmodeus or Hydro or even Jor himself, man of the unfortunate hour. ”You’d kill him?” Execution was one of those words, he wasn’t sure where he picked it up but he knew what it meant now regardless. And he wasn’t too content with that.
