It had been ages or maybe it just felt that way, she would tell herself.

When Kydobi had disappeared and Silentgrave had taken over Mercede had decided to leave. The promises of revenge seemed so great and achievable but it was not long before she felt as if they too were empty as well. The adults around her had been the cause of all her bitterness and hatred for the world. The lack of action was too much for the little girl to bear. With no parents and dysfunctional sisters, she swore she could do better on her own so she left.

But here she was now. Grown and somewhat wiser but much more patient and sly. Her ulterior motives were the same unless something major had occurred that made it near impossible. Besides, she knew now that things did not happen overnight- or when they did they were hardly successful. Even so, the slow burn was thrilling.

Yet as she strolled through the awful landscape she was not impressed. In fact, the Pitt seemed worse off than when she had left it. Which was fine, she was the only source of beauty here anyways. Not surprising it got uglier when her gorgeous self hit the road.

And it was cold! When did this happen? The Pitt was a desert, why was it snowing? Her paws were numb, but she couldn't help but think about how fitting the snow was to her marble pelt. These conditions were ideal for her and she probably looked soooo luxurious. Yes, she always did.

Her tail whipped and rippled in anticipation, surely someone would greet her with adore... Unless they were all dead, which is whatever. It would be disappointing though. A pointed nose would be sniffing, delicate puffs of hot air exiting frequently. It was important that she looked her best at all times because she learned that you never knew who was watching. So there she would be with her head held high and regal like the Queen she was and will be.

"Hello? Is anyone here anymore?", she said in her posh light voice. It certainly smelled as such.

Dante vaguely remembered Mercede and recalled that while they may have had one or two agreements, he wasn't particularly fond of the vixen. Or maybe that was Sweeny? Eh, who cares? It wasn't like either of them were apart of The Pitt nowadays anyway. Which was an ironic thought now, considering Mercede was coming back.

Not that Dante recognized her, unfortunately. "Obviously." The hybrid huffed, a snort escaping him as he over. "Whaddya want?"[glow=COLOR,1,400]✧*:・゚[/glow]

A VIVSECTION OF ME - DONE BY GOD FOR ALL TO SEE!
Kold had no idea who Mercede was. Like, no clue who she was and how she acted. Walking gently up beside Dante she dipped her head in greeting. "Yes, we're still here. What's your name?"

Of the Callahan children, Sweeny remained; currently within the care of Tanglewood's healer, Moth.  The others appeared to have disappeared without a trace.  Troublesome as some of them had enjoyed being, the vulpine had wondered where they may have wandered off to.

The Ardent tilted his head in thought as he padded across the melting snow and sand.  He recognized Mercede; he recalled her prissy personality as well, with little interest.  Instead, he simply regarded her through a narrowed, hazel gaze -- briefly scanning her for any sign of injury.

With the proper inquiries made, Gael remained a silent observer.  Most did not come to the borders of the Pitt to simply visit, but he would refrain from unnecessary inferences until the returning Callahan spoke.
