If it weren't for the fact that Aphra no longer had a group to stay with at this moment, today would have been great.

But right now, the white she-cat was stuck on her own for the time being, healing a stupid fucking wound that Roan had inflicted on her. She didn't know how to fucking take care of wounds, at least not in a proper medical sense, and it probably didn't help that she didn't have a set place to stay at the moment and had to create her own makeshift shelters.

Aphra hated these neutral grounds; she was alone and miserable, and the fact that it was her birthday today already made things worse. If she were back in The Typhoon, she would have made it known that today was her birthday and although it probably would have gotten her some smart remarks from most of her former crewmates, it did mean that at least she wasn't alone. It was some sort of attention and it was certainly than having none at all. Hell, if she had gotten Vayne to come with her, at the very least she would have one of her daughters with her.

Stupid fucking Roxanne. Stupid Roan. Fuck Diya. There were others gathered there in that moment, namely Lucy and Goldenluxury, but these three made a significant impact on Aphra by the time she left - with Roan attacking her, Roxanne threatening to kill her, and Diya claiming Vayne as her own... of course they had left something in the succubus's mind. And that something was anger; she was pissed at those three in particular. Which, again, was normal, but that day in particular stuck out just because it happened so recently.

"You will not be taking my daughter, you retched bitch." Aphra's claws dug into the ground as she recalled Diya's words, gritting her teeth as if she was snarling at the polar bear. The fact that Diya had the audacity to call Vayne her own infuriated Aphra. She is my daughter. I gave birth to her. Diya hadn't had to go through the horrible pain known as labor to have Vayne and her littermates, and yet Diya had the gull to say Vayne was her's? Absolutely fucking not.

Then Vayne had showed up and was clearly being manipulated by her crewmates. I should have gotten her earlier. Aphra thought that Vayne would return to her by herself and that was one of the reasons why she didn't originally go fetch her. Not the main reason (no, the main reason was definitely because with Vayne gone, she could finally she some peace of mind) by any means, but a reason nonetheless. Vayne did not return on her own and Aphra went after her. You would think that everyone would be pleased that I had gone to look for my missing daughter. Roxanne and Diya often hounded her about how neglectful she was to her children and yet, when she came to get Vayne, she was the bad guy?

Fucking ridiculous. Aphra huffed to herself as she walked along, knowing she was reaching a small merchant area in the neutral lands. Well. Might as well get something for myself. Not something she wanted to do - she shouldn't have to be doing - but here she was. Happy fucking birthday, princess.[glow=COLOR,1,400]✧*:・゚[/glow]
