She couldn't see anything. Darkness pierced her red eyes, deeper and deeper did she seem to look. Gently she pressed her snout against cold metal. She also noticed that she wasn't rocking and swaying anymore, and the muffled sounds of birds could be heard coming from the outside world. Oh. There was a small bit of light coming from a hole - window - in the containment. It was too small for her to correctly see, though.

She felt with her claws, backed up as much as she could, and ran headfirst into the cell, creating a loud noise. She backed up again and headbutted again, feeling the containment give way a bit, denting slightly. She rammed into it again, and then ran into it with her shoulder, hissing at the pain that shot from her spike to her chest. But now there was a small opening, allowing a pin-prick of light. She chittered lowly and ran into the light headfirst, feeling a gust of air and suddenly everything was bright. She fell forward, landing in sand. Mordred looked back, blinking away the blinding light that hit her eyes, and stared at the containment. It would be better for her to get rid of it, send it back out to sea, make it flood and sink.

She stood up, walked to the containment, and pushed. Surprisingly, it budged and slid against the wet sands, and she managed to push it back into deeper water, where the sea lapped at her ankles and would soon force rust to increase on her shackles. She tipped the containment and allowed water to flood into it, and with a sudden motion she pushed it even further, watching it as it floated and sank.

Satisfied, she swam back to shore and decided to take a better look at the island she found herself on. Oversized fly traps and exotic plants, the scents of various creatures that apparently lived here. She chittered loudly, wondering if someone or something was going to show up, or if this place was uninhabited by sentient animals.

"Speech"

What this was she didn't know but she guessed she could go and find out. Her tail was held up high as she narrowed her eyes upon the creature that had been creating so much noise. The banging was what had brought her here first followed by the chittering sound. She knew thet there were some creatures that did not have too much sentience. That could not speak and instead reacted to things based on instinct. So was this one of them? Her blue hued figure slowly pushed through the foliage and she stood there watching the dinosaur. At least that was what she thought it was. "So, what do I do with you?" The woman spoke mostly to herself as her claws flexed in the sands of this horrible place. Her forked tongue flicking from her jaws as pastel pink eyes stayed focused on the rather young creature. Though she was prepared for anything, water slowly condensing in the air. Maybe they were searching for food so she decided to be nice. "Are you hungry?"

Mordred didn't have to make much noise, red eyes peering at the blue lioness that arrived. The beast paced before Sojourn listening to her words. At the mention of hunger, the beast stopped, focus solely on Sojourn. She hadn't eaten since before her containment, and thus her stomach lowly growled.

"Hunger.." The beast rumbled lowly, former tongue flicking out between sharp teeth.

So the creature had a sense of understanding. At least that made the situation a little bit better on her end. Flicking her tail back and forth slowly the woman then turned away from the beast, tilting her head up slightly as she contemplated what to get for her. Well, it was obvious that the dinosaur was a meat eater, predators that hunted in packs or alone. She believed that she could hopefully find something on this disgusting spit of an island. Maybe. Perhaps they could tread elsewhere and find more valuable prey. Turning to the creature then the woman would give a grin after her debate over the circumstances. ''How about we go visit someone's territory. Do some hunting of our own to satisfy our hungers.'' She couldn't help but lick her jaws at the prospect. Hunting on Typhoon lands or on Tanglewood grounds would be amazing to do. They would try to get them out but hell, she would put up a fight for some prey if she had to or make one of them her prey. Anyone was game really and her hunger thrived on their fear and uncertainty.
