the phantom - [visiting] - Atticus Roux - 10-29-2020

Home.

Or a former home? The feline wasn't sure what to call it, especially since he'd been within The Pitt for a lot longer now. Even so, this is where he was born. Where he mother lived. As he approached the border, his heart sunk into his chest and he let out a ragged sigh. The pain in his ribs radiated through his body, causing his rump to immediately drop to the floor to settle on the border. If he was as rousy as he used to be, Atticus would have crossed the border by now, but he truly couldn't walk further and respected his former clan's laws. Sitting patiently, his bright gaze surveyed the territory. To him, it didn't seem like much changed, but the environment was a lot quieter than usual. His head craned, curiously eyeing the horizon.

After a few minutes in pain, no one had caught his scent. His paws shifted impatiently. Pain caused him to let out a desperate huff. "Hello?" he called out. "I was wondering if I could stay for a bit and see my mother, Moth. My name is Atticus Roux." Someone had to come eventually, right?

[align=center][div style="max-width: 450px; font-family: timesnewroman; font-size: 10pt; text-align: justify;"]It had been a while since Moth had seen her son in the Pitt. Although Moth had stayed there for a while, she had decided to come back home eventually, knowing that her son was safe and in good hands. Things changed, however, when she had heard the familiar voice at the border, and came running, only to see him injured and in pain. "Atti?" She would speak, paws quickly moving forward as her ears pricked and she looked over her son. "What happened?" Her mind races for a moment, before she quickly nodded her head. "Of course you can stay, you can stay with me while you're here." She would make sure there was room in her old hut that she once again called home.
