The group had been quiet, peaceful almost. But the spirits were awakening and the spirits were not pleased by the silence of the group. And so, for those lucky few who would travel within the glowworm caves or find the ceiling entrance to the nursery and the playground within, they would find upon the back wall, a wooden board with papers upon it, nailed in by rough nails found in travels. There was no being around when the papers were put up, how would those of this group react? Did they know what to do? The spirits could only pray as much, for here laid some important things - tasks that any member could do, if they should find the location and take a slip of paper with a task upon it in eligible script. For those wanting to track down the one who left these tasks, they were greeted by only the cold scent of the cave and the faint taste of the cherry blossom tree.

Listed upon the board upon the scraps of paper were many a task, some folded, some rumpled and some plain and open to read. Laying there upon those papers in drips and wiggles of ink, lay the instructions to an interesting September month:

¤ a party in the coastal forest
¤ bonfire and gift giving
¤ catching and preparing fish for salting and drying taken by malak
¤ a game of tag
¤ a game of capture the flag
¤ making pie & pastries
¤ harvesting seasonal and coastal crops from the fields
¤ bone carving and marrow eating
¤ gathering items and creating wreaths for the territory
¤ harvesting from a whale carcass on the beach through the coastal forest taken by malak
¤ cleaning up territory pathways to make it easier for members and newcomers to get around the overgrown territory taken by bai shi
¤ making new lanterns taken by malak
¤ learning how to make glass
¤ a treasure hunt challenge with seasonal foraging
¤ drying and picking herbs and spices
¤ cleaning up the cliffside housing
¤ harvesting gemstones from the cliffside housing
¤ mining and cleaning precious metals from the beach and glowworm caves
¤ creating a herbal guide taken by malak
¤ setting up a corn maze
¤ ghost stories
¤ watching the stars
¤ charting the stars
¤ making wine and fruit juice
¤ hike and border patrol taken by bai shi
¤ large prey animal hunt
¤ territory exploration
