Another life was lost.

Unlike the last few, however, Delilah was someone that Vigenere was close to. He trusted the dragoness, with her having been in Tanglewood since he had joined. She was resilient, having survived being tortured by The Pitt, much unlike Vigenere who only suffered mental torture - not that said mental torture wasn't agonizing; it certainly left some scars. Vigenere had been looking for the Sawbone, wanting to seek help for his paranoia, knocking on her door. His ears were pricked for an answer, but he never got one. Biting his lip, Vigenere gently pushed the door open.

"Delilah?" He called out to her. There was no way she had laid eggs yet, right? No, there was absolutely no way that happened, unless something extreme happened to her. The savannah tried to reach out to her telepathically and tried to sense her using his clairvoyance - but got nothing in return. "Delilah?" Vigenere called out louder this time, rounding a corner to the room she slept in.

And there the pink dragoness was, seemingly asleep. At first, Vigenere was relieved, but when he remined himself that everything seemed off in her home, he approached her. Delilah did not react to him whatsoever, and Vigenere finally noticed that she was no longer breathing. Fuck. The savannah's throat tightened as he came to this realization - and got closer to her body, pressing his head against it. She was cold, evidently having lost her life hours before he came. "I'm so sorry, Delilah..." There was no way Vigenere would've known this is what happened to her, but still, the Luminary felt guilty regardless.

Moving a lifeless dragon was going to be rough, let alone dragging her to a place to be properly buried. Trying to swallow back his tears, Vigenere decided to try and call out to his clanmates telepathically, "Delilah is dead." He was going to keep it short; there was no need to address them at this moment. Vigenere didn't move from his spot beside her, his head pressed against her own, even as he called out to his clanmates - hopefully someone would arrive soon and could help out, somehow.

Maybe this was all a nightmare, a hallucination just like Silent had caused.[glow=COLOR,1,400]✧*:・゚[/glow]
