SUCH SIGHTS | Capture - Luciferr - 08-10-2020

his singed tendrils waved along his back as one of his hind limbs jerked a tad from the spare eccentricity still from the fight, it would take time but they would heal as all things did. For now though, the great beast padded onwards towards the pyramids, specifically the red that housed underground structures that would benefit for his high prize. Claws click clacked as he felt what might be squirming indicating said prize was finally waking up, Arriving in the pyramid and hurrying to one of those rooms now, he stopped in time for his chest to open and disgorge the Tanglewood leader onto the ground, possibly covered in saliva from so long encased. The fact that Silent had been strengthening the grip on Vigenere's neck didn't help the fact that the Luminary's mask made things hard to breathe anyway. That being said, whenever the Ardent decided to encase Vigenere within his chest-mouth, the mask ended up tumbling off. Of course, with Vigenere being unconscious at that point, it didn't really matter. By the time Silent and his prisoner returned to The Pitt, Vigenere had awoken. He groaned as his body was moved about, and coughed as he fell to the ground. Vigenere was aware of the saliva covering him and quite frankly, was disgusted - but the emotion of anger is what fueled him right now. Gathering up the strength that he could, Vigenere tried to swipe at [member=14429]SILΞNT.[/member] with his claws.[glow=COLOR,1,400] ━ ✧*:・゚[/glow] Re: SUCH SIGHTS | Capture - trojan g. - 08-10-2020 Sweeney had decided that she wasn't going to go to the raid that many of the Pitt had been excited to go to. Don't get her wrong, she had been excited as well, but there were far more important things that Sweeney felt needed to be done before she joined in the rest of her clan in order to fight off Tanglewood. She already got her revenge on the Tanglewooder that she wanted to get revenge on, so there'd been no reasons for her to go this time as well. Now, if they were to attack the Typhoon? That'd be a different story. Sweeney still wanted revenge on the bitch that had set her father on fire right in front of her. Though she hadn't gone to the raid, that didn't meant she wasn't still curious as to who was brought back from it, and her eyes widened slightly at the prize they'd won. "This is their leader, yeah?" The kitsune would speak towards Silent, ears pricked and head tilted slightly in questioning before Vig attempted to hurt Silent. In response, Sweeney would send a shock of electricity [member=601]VIGENERE CIPHER.[/member] 's way, attempting to shock her enough to hurt and to stop. Like a taser. SWEENEY CALLAHAN - THE PITT - ACOLYTE - RP'D BY TIKKI Re: SUCH SIGHTS | Capture - Luciferr - 08-12-2020

The Tanglewood leaders attempt to attack him was futile but bold, Sielnt could admit as much - even respect as much a defiant streak, even if it was laughable to the ardent (then again, most things were or mildly amusing) The little leader’s claws struck true across one leg and drew sickly coloured and black tinted blood from the small scratches they left in their wake in such a colossal limb - to which he responded by lashing out and attempting to entrap [member=601]VIGENERE CIPHER.[/member] via one massive forepaw ”now now, you only make it worse for yourself if you struggle” Of course then sweeney arrived and silent relented, after all, he wasn’t selfish with his new toy. He hummed in the affirmative to her question ”he is indeed” before attempting to hook one claw around the crown that decorated the Tangler’s throat ”a lovely little trinket you ahve here, for validation I suppose?” he chuckled ”not so sure in yourself without the proof?” If he had been successful in removing it, he would twirl it around the wrists of one of his forelimbs. ”lets have a chat shall we?” Re: SUCH SIGHTS | Capture - VIRGIL M. - 08-12-2020

XVIII - THE MOON
a monument dreams and fantasies come to life, the representation of instincts often left suppressed and a knock into our subconscious. Virgil of the pitt is a study in beauty: a perfect understanding of that which terrifies you, a perfect picturesque of horror and delight the presence of the sacrifice was a suffocating aura of rot, Virgil felt herself shudder as she approached, the ardent's form quick in his reproach from the raid- the raid that her father had hobbled along to and yet to return from but- ah, there was something else here. something interesting and virgil would follow in and watch the spectacle with a sense of curiosity towards the strange creature captured by the sacrifice. a leader, but nothing like their own. it was an odd concept, but Virgil knew that there were other guilds out there, mother's own influence over the sands were as great in other places as here, but it was here that virgil was raised in: it were her home and vir wouldn't leave- couldn't. so the idea of a foreigner coming here, smelling oddly under the slime and rot of the land's sacrificeleader, another stood and claimed the same mantle. "another sacrifice" the hyena mix cooed, watching the interaction with sickly green eyes. "pretty coat though. can i have one of their eyes, silent one?" virgil wouldn't lay claim to the one that was there: they were not hers and virgil would one day claim one, but golden eyes- were so pretty. virgil wanted one, and looking towards the sacrificetheir leader- the ardent- silent sacrifice Re: SUCH SIGHTS | Capture - VIGENERE CIPHER. - 08-13-2020 [glow=white,1,400]LOOK INTO MY EYES, WE ARE NOT THE SAME ! — 。+゚.[/glow]
It felt nice to feel his claws slice against Silent's skin, though Vigenere was rather surprised by the color of blood that came from the Ardent. Vigenere knew that Silent didn't reign from the same realm as he did - or well, that's what the Luminary was assuming, anyway - so to see another creature with the same-colored blood was shocking. Back home, your blood often showed where you ranked in their society and black was typically a mark of an exile. Vigenere was unable to continue his thoughts as an electrical surge went through him, causing him to jerk back from Silent. The savannah grit his teeth as his body tensed in defense, flattening his ears to fight the charge going through him. He ignored Sweeny despite her attack, focusing purely on his captor for the time being. Silent trapped Vigenere, causing him to be unable to struggle, though whenever the Pittian came forward and hooked a claw around his crown, Vigenere tried to pull back as much as he could (to no avail, of course). "It was a gift." Was all the savannah said in a gruff, almost dismissive tone. While the crown was pretty and was given to him by someone he admired, the fact that he was a leader wasn't something Vigenere was proud of. At least, not in the sense of it being used against him; sure, he was proud of being Tanglewood's leader, but in reality, he didn't feel like he truly earned it, and that's the problem. During this, a hyena waddled over, muttering something about a sacrifice. Vigenere couldn't help but snort at that. Idiots, the lot of them. All of these creatures were the same: bold, aggressive, and bloodthristy. They had a hivemind, it seemed. Caesar would fit in well with these bastards. He mused to himself, idly flicking his tail (assuming his tail wasn't entangled too much in Silent's grasp). The enemy always wanted to keep a prisoner for some sort of gain, and Vigenere had half the mind to ask what the hell Silent wanted him for. Especially considering that if they were to capture someone, it wouldn't have been the leader. At least to Vigenere, it shouldn't have been him; they should've gotten someone else in an attempt to provoke him. But right now, he was outnumbered. One wrong move and he could be killed.[glow=COLOR,1,400] ━ ✧*:・゚[/glow] Re: SUCH SIGHTS | Capture - Luciferr - 08-20-2020

Perhaps if Vigenere knew silent at all, he might have known that he didn’t care for gains of provocation - no, silent went straight for the head of the snake, But he wouldn’t kill him, no, that would simply be no point, as another would take his place, No if he wanted the head of the snake, he needed to break it, to divert it, After all, why kill the ant when it could be so much more useful carrying the seed of a growth that might prove worthwhile? And he abhorred stagnation above all else, Silent merely smiled at Virgil, at Vigenere, ay sweeney, at the room at large even. To them nothing happened but to Vigenere..... [everything past here is via mental manipulations/hallucination that features silent and Vig, to everyone else they’d just appear to be sitting and talking still, talked with maple to get permission to lead into this!] With careful application, the room around Silent seemed to shimmer in a fitful shadowed light that was the dark dungeons and it almost seemed as if the other pittians had wandered away, leaving merely the two leaders. Before silent stood and gestured, the Tanglewood leader suddenly lacking shackles ”come along then, I said we would talk and I meant it” Before the lumbering behemoth appeared to move away, pacing into the darkened corridor presumably towards his den below the temple. But the further he walked, familiar silhouettes started to join them out of the gloom - familiar to the Tanglewood leader at least for sure - reflecting off the strange black walls that seemed unearthly in nature along this corridor. ”you really are pathetic” sneered a familiar voice, seemingly from right behind and just to the left of VIgenere - and loo did Ceasar stalk up behind them. ”didn’t even score a hit and you get captured, my what an amazing leader you make, - I’m surprised your head isn’t decorating these walls already but I suppose our oh so glorious leader has plans for you, can’t imagine why” Said leader grumbled ahead, annoyed, though It seemed Ceasar was one of the Pitt, Little were he to know this was all a fabrication. Mind manipulation was something that Vigenere was used to; hell - he was a dream demon, a manipulator of the mind, technically speaking. Unfortunately for him (and rather ironic), Vigenere wasn't exactly a master at that. He preferred not to use his abilities, and his dream demon blood was more or less a title, especially in a case such as this. He felt Silent invade his mind and tried to fight back, but the Ardent was far much stronger than he was - which, of course, would make sense, given how Vigenere had little to no training on how to control his own abilities (hell, he was actually trained to repress them). Vigenere stood before Silent in a void, his teeth bared and tail lashing, and his back arched. A show, more or less, to show he was willing to fight Silent physically rather than this mental game. He didn't like how the creature invaded his mind - his privacy - nor how calm Silent acted. Vigenere felt rather annoyed that Silent would act like they were 'buddy-buddy' and were talking as if they were both leaders on good terms, when it was obviously the exact opposite. Vigenere was not inclined to follow Silent at first, but as the Ardent walked, the Luminary's own clanmates started to appear. Worry and panic flared in the savannah's chest, worried that Silent had done something to his clanmates - after all, their lives were much more important to him, rather than his own. He was immortal, he could possess bodies at will, he knew he could come back if his current body was killed - but his clanmates? Not so much; not to his knowledge, anyway. "Release them." Vigenere snarled as he bounded forward towards Silent - only to stop as a familiar voice spoke behind him. Caesar. Anger replaced the worry Vigenere had over his clanmates, and he whipped around to face his 'littermate'. Caesar didn't flinch as he turned around, continuing to sneer in his face. Of course The Pitt allowed the little prick back into its group, especially given how they were acting. Vigenere knew Caesar had been exiled from here - but given how they had changed, it did not surprise the savannah in the slightest that Caesar had supposedly returned. "As if you would know anything about leading." Vigenere hissed in reply, digging his claws into the void as if he were trying to fight the urge to lash out at Caesar. His breath was caught in his throat, the immense anger he was feeling was almost unable to control - Caesar always seemed to be there when things went back. It was always this bastard's fault. Maybe it would be better if I got rid of him. Vigenere thought, recalling how Aurum had been amused and rather surprised to see that Vigenere didn't try killing Caesar on-sight. Caesar was becoming more of a pain now in this world, an unbearable pain in the ass that Vigenere was slowly losing his ability to keep cool and not slaughter the bitch right then and there. "You're an idiot for allowing him here." Vigenere was addressing Silent now, speaking louder to show he was speaking to the Ardent - but never turned around to face the creature. It seemed as if Caesar was more of a focus now - more of a threat - and in a way, Caesar was. Caesar was a threat to Vigenere's own mental stability.[glow=COLOR,1,400] ━ ✧*:・゚[/glow] |
