talons scraping over stone, a dead body clasped in tight jaws, and a trail of blood. That's what would greet any members of Alithís Evgenis should they show up to this meeting called by an angry kingpin. Dropping the tiger's dead body onto the ground, the golden lung dragon stared blindly around their surrounding expanse, uttering a deep growl that would roll over the territory, "Any Alithíans, get your asses to the Mid Watch Towers for an emergency meeting!" they ordered, knowing that their voice rolled and traveled over the land. Paw placed upon the tiger's body, the golden beacon of a body settled onto the ground below the taller of the two towers, low snarls rippling from their maw as they waited impatiently for their group mates that had survived the invasion by bandits. Growling deep in their throat, they waited forthefew thathad remained in the territory, wind whipping around them, leaves being torn to shreds by the velocity of the air surrounding Bai Shi.

They had called an emergency meeting in order to call attention to the bandits that had invaded the land in their absence. They had left a trail of  bodies in their wake in order to get to the Mid Watch Towers, and they were very unhappy. They were going to start a siege on the bandits that had slipped into their home, they could only smell blood and death on these bandits, rage building in their heart. They didnt know where their children had went, where any of their family had gone, they didnt know if there were any survivors. They were ready to do this alone, to get revenge for the fallen.

some amount of peace flooded into the dragon as their daughter's scent rolled over their senses, memories of her hatching helping to momentarily calm the furious dragon. swinging their head towards Veris' direction, they exhaled softly, "Good." they rumbled, soothed to know that she was there. They could feel the presence of the bandits heavy in the air, their stench slipping deep into their nose. That could not be forgiven.

Had they been able to see, they would have seen the piles of carrion and the bodies of their fallen comrades, but by the gods, they could smell it all. Had they had their eyes, they would have seen the way that the bandits had desecrated and destroyed their home. There was no peace left in their heart, they had been pushed around for far too long.

a deep seated snarl erupted from their split jaws, lips curled and mighty fangs barren outwards. They could only hope that these certain few members were still alive in or around the territory. " [member=10179]Malak[/member] ! [member=3408]Hope Alpenglow[/member] ! [member=10690]EVARHI[/member] ! " they roared, hoping to hear the sounds of their friends and family coming to the meeting. Rumbling deep in their throat, they curled their talons into the deceased body under their great foot. There were fresh gouges in the scales along their arms and legs, the bandits were not so big as to pose a threat to them in huge mass, but even giants could fall from a stone. This indicated that the majority of the invading bandits were of a smaller size, but their only fear was that they would work together to swarm them. They hesitated as they felt the chilling presence of ghosts rippling and arriving in the area around the Mid Watch Towers. They weren't pleased either, it seemed.

Turning their head to their daughter, they rumbled quietly, "Veris, my darling egg. We must visit the other groups: The Pitt, Elysium, Tanglewood, and The Typhoon. If we come across any other groups, we will also visit them and ask what has happened in their groups. I fear that we have no choice but to ask for help. As of this moment ... we stand no choice of holding our home. We must ask them as we go ... if they might be able to aid us in driving out the bandits. It is very likely that we will be on our own." they informed her. The last thing that they wanted was for their children to have to fight to bring back their home. If only their health was at full capacity ... they might be able to drive these invaders out by themself.

their son's loud cry brought the mighty dragon's attention to leoku, their blind gaze sweeping over him and fixing just behind him, unable to track his movements without their sight, relying on their ears and nose. a deep rumble left them, relief filling their heart. his was not a body that they would be forced to bury. "come my son. come.", they beckoned, shifting their body's position to let him in close, lowering their head to sniff the small fox, the child that had inherited their fox body. rumbling deeply, they nuzzled him once he was close, drawing their tongue over his face, tasting blood and death on his pelt.

"where were you, my dear boy?", they rumbled, praying that the bandits had not taken him into their custody. had they done so ... there would be more than enough hell to pay, and not enough fury to vent. two of their children had returned to them, and they were still in search of those who could aid them. they dare not make their children fight a war while so young that their teeth and claws were meant to take down prey, not fully grown opponents.

how horrible their heart felt, hearing their son's words, to feel him tremble against them. despair sparked in their heart, eyes coming to a close, curling their tail closer to their body, bringing Leoku into the best hug that they could give him. Lifting one foot, they gently pulled him in close with a deep comforting rumble, "shhhhh. it's alright my son. you're safe now, i won't let them hurt you." they murmured, licking his face. distressed by the blood that they could taste, they could only pray that Malak was still alive and somewhere nearby.

Exhaling softly, they nuzzled him, tucking him to their body, "it's alright my boy. you did only what you had to do. it's okay, papa's not going to let them hurt you or Veris again." they vowed, moving to bring their daughter into their embrace as well. rage ran through their body, hotter than any blood or lava could burn. they were furious, the bandits had to pay for this.
