SCORCHING SUN / flirting + compliments booth - ROXANNE R. - 07-31-2020 [glow=white,1,400]I LOVE YOU, CANNIBAL QUEEN ! — 。+゚.[/glow]
There wasn't much she could do seeing as she was injured and restricted to some movements especially with the bandages that wrapped around her stomach for that one gash. Boredom had overcome the Officer as she set up a little booth, a toothy grin on her face as she looked over her setup and how nice it actually looked. Hopefully, someone would come along and get a compliment or a flirty comment depending on who they were. Roxanne was having second thoughts for a moment but she shrugged it off as she would clear her throat and begin to speak with a slow nod of her head "Come one and all to my lovely booth! Here, I have variety... Depending on who you are, I will either flirt or compliment you." She had fixed herself to the best of her capabilities, her kitty eyelashes were on fleek and her fur was nicely curled. A large grin present on her face awaiting her first victim. Ah yes, this would be very interesting. There was a certain aspect of her teasing that might fall under that category, but she was much too absorbed in smothering her memories away so people wouldn't ask. Today, she was wandering about in a rather disorganized manner; no real goal, no real destination. She was tired, though she hadn't done much. The sun was warm and the sky was clear...ideal for a nap. She'd taken a small nap hours ago, though; another one and she wouldn't sleep tonight. The key was to keep moving and keep her mind on something - which was funny, because usually her brain wouldn't shut up. Now, it was just constant static. If she let her mind wander, she'd nod off in the middle of her location. Thankfully, a call roused Georgia, and as it peaked her curiosity, she trotted over, finding Roxie behind a booth. It was strange; she'd met Roxanne at her joining, but afterwards, she'd dropped off the map. Turns out she'd been physically captured - which kind of sent Gia for a loop - but she was back now. "What'd you say this was?" Georgia asked. Re: SCORCHING SUN / flirting + compliments booth - roan ; - 08-01-2020 The young draconic feline had known that his mother would be out and about, no matter what he had told her to do for the sake of her injuries. It was sort of just a fact of life, at this point. As much as it frustrated Roan that so many of his patients didn't even bother to try and listen when he told them to rest, he had honestly become used to it. At the very least, it seemed as though his mama wasn't doing anything that was particularly physically intensive, aside from the actual setting up of the booth. So, Roan didn't have a scowl on his muzzle as he padded up beside Georgia – not for now, at least. The idea of a compliments or flirting booth that involved his mother was a little irritating, but he had somewhat grown used to Roxie's flirtatious and lovesick nature. Hopefully she would, at the very least, try not to embarrass him too much. Glancing towards Georgia, he found himself muttering an explanation, "Flirting or compliments booth, depending on who you are." He wasn't sure what Georgia would get, considering she wasn't family, but she was a lot younger than his mama... probably a compliment. Turning his gaze back towards Roxie, he chuckled weakly, a purr leaving his throat, "I'd really hope that I'm about to get a compliment..." Part of him had just wanted to slink away to protect himself from any potential overbearing mother-ness, but he knew he'd have to face the music eventually.
