Maw opened and out fell an envelope from the old feline's maw, drifting carefully to the ground, before he turned around and hobbled off, seemingly with a mission.
In the envelope, there was an invitation;
To Whom it May Concern:
You have been invited to a small party in the Neutral territory! Directions and time enclosed. I hope to see you there! You'll have a wonderful time.

Clony hadn’t been invited to a party before. They knew one of their other selves that had hosted such parties before, but even then Clony had not actually attended. Finding the envelope brought curiosity to them. Their broad wings spread, hobbling along with the envelope and paper. “Hey, hey, there’s a party invite here! No clue who wrote it! Since I found it can I keep the envelope?“ They chattered. A party, they could finally attend a party? The bat was utterly thrilled.
