2D didn't know too much about his fellow Elysites yet, and he was actually sort of disappointed by that. However, even though the serval had a warm and somewhat charismatic – if a bit dumb – personality, he had never really been the type to instigate contact with others. Things had a tendency to just... happen to him, rather than him making them happen. While this might've annoyed most people, the serval had never really been bothered by the different twists and turns his life chose to take him along. Everything just seemed to be the way it was supposed to be, even though 2D had never really believed in any sort of higher power making everything happen. One moment he had been just your average, no goal loner, and then the next moment his head had been smashed against a rock, and then he had Murdoc blabbing in his ear about big plans that made little to no sense to 2D. Most of the time he just smiled a bit and nodded, something that usually seemed to make his canine companion happy, at least for the moment.

Needless to say, 2D hadn't been making much of an effort to interact with his new clanmates. Not because he didn't want to, but because he just wasn't that motivated to. He wasn't motivated to do much of anything right now, except for lay on the ground near his oceanside house and watch the sky. The beautiful colors of the sky over Elysium were drowned by the sea of pinks and reds that remained a constant filter over 2D's vision, yet still he enjoyed watching the clouds go by, even if they looked more like cotton candy than anything else. He had been beginning to drift off, his head slowly spinning as his eyes began to close, but then he heard footsteps coming his way, albeit slowly. When he finally forced his ebony eyes open again, he was startled to see the presence of another serval, looking down at him. Tilting his head to one side, the lanky male said softly, "Uh... 'ey there? Is there somefink I c'n do for you?"

Personally, Felicity could not give a fuck about who the other members in the group were. It wasn't something that ... endeared her to people. Which was sort of the point, actually -- Felicity didn't care about people, so either they didn't care about her, or they hated her for her snarky comments. It's not like Felicity cared. She'd arrived to prove she could settle down for Sheska, and she was staying for her brother, not whatever fucking weirdos lived here.
It was rare the black serval separate from her brother long enough to interact with anyone else at all. But it seemed that today, she made an exception.
"Did I wake you up?" Felicity asks, not regretful at all. Who fell asleep outside, uncovered? When they had their own house? Felicity couldn't imagine it, being so unprotected. Stupid ... weirdo ... with his stupid eyes and stupid blue fur. What sort of person had blue fur? Her mom had always said that their family was rather unique in appearance, but then came this fucker --
She's being a little mean, actually. She doesn't really mean it -- it's not like he's done anything to provoke her yet. If anything, she was curious.
"You're one of the, uh, newcomers, right? Fe mentioned you," She yawns. She'd been pestering her brother to tell her about stuff she missed, simply because Felicity thought it was relevant to her endless quest of hovering and pestering her brother. "The fuck were you doing sleeping outside? And what's with the accent, anyways?" Her tone was hard to place. Almost judgmental, but at the same time more genuine than anything.
Let it be known. Felicity has never peacefully asked questions in her life, and she had no clue how to start now.

Honestly, 2D was most used to abrasive personalities in his life. Murdoc was almost always willing to start a fight with somebody, and while his mum had been an angel on earth, his pop was your stereotypical rough guy looking to toughen up his son. Some thought that his history of being around loud mouths and assholes had led to him being a bit of a pushover, but he didn't see it that way. He liked being accommodating to people, and it was easier to just agree with people who were grouchy, rather than get on their bad side, right? Needless to say, Felicity's blunt and slightly hostile tone was nothing new to 2D, who slowly pushed himself up into a sitting position as she spoke, lanky body stretching until there was a pleasant pop in his back – pleasant even as it made little lights pop in his pink and red vision. Smiling his usual carefree grin – showing off sharp incisors as well as his missing front teeth – 2D mumbled simply, "No, y'didn't wake me up. I w's gonna try'n get some sleep, but fat's just cuz I like naps " Naps often made the pain in his head subside, something that he otherwise only got from consuming quite a lot of poppy seeds.

At Felicity's next question, the serval eagerly nodded his head, wondering what had been said about he and Murdoc. Were they the talk of the town already? Murdoc would be pleased to hear that, considering he kept going on and on about wanting to "make it big" – whatever that really meant. Regardless, 2D chirped helpfully, "Yeah, m'one of th'new people! M'name's Twodimensional, but y'c'n call me 2D instead." 2D was just easier for everyone, including himself, truthfully. Hearing someone call out the mouthful that was "Twodimensional" hardly registered in his mind these days. The blue male wasn't given much time to dwell on this, however, because Felicity was already asking him more questions. Questions he was happy to answer, really, he liked the attention well enough. "Ah, I was sleepin' outside 'cause I like th'way the sun feels on m'fur." He then tilted his head to one side, looking faintly amused as he continued, "And m'accent? I can't really say where it comes from. I've just always talked this way, 'cause that's 'ow my parents talked, 'n' it just comes naturally... doesn't your accent come naturally too?" 2D's own cockney accent basically went unnoticed by himself now, but he could see how it would be difficult to others. After all, it became harder to understand someone when letter sounds kept dropping from their words, and every th became a fff.

Truly a match made in hell. Felicity's abrasiveness and lack of tone control, and 2D's willingness to put up with anything. It was something that rubbed Felicity the wrong way about her own brother, in all truth, but it would certainly help her case here.
"Fair enough, I guess," She shrugs. Naps were good. It wasn't something Felicity did on her own, but in their youth, she'd taken a lot. Mostly to bully Felix into resting himself, granted -- a habit she should probably consider picking back up.
"2D, huh?" And the other one was Mur-something, right? Listen, just because she asked Felix to tell her stuff didn't mean she listened. All fascinating names, but Felicity wasn't one to talk, considering that their other brother's name had been fucking Helier. "'m Felicity. You've met my brother Felix, I think -- calls himself Videogames, it's weird," If she didn't tell anyone and everyone they were related if it was even a little relevant, Felicity would die on the spot, probably. Possibly because of her weird and unhealthy fixation on her brother. ... not in a weird way.
"Well I mean, I guess," Felicity grants sulkily, conveniently skipping over his remark about napping in the sun. Admittedly, her own accent was a little weird -- a French accent, it was called? No, wait, of course it was called that, why was she playing dumb. A minor French accent. This was something that haunted her. "But I've never heard anything like it before. Like, where did you even come from? .. Location wise. I mean, we've already been over the parent bit," Then, she scrunches up her nose, agitated. "Granted, this is a tiny island without any regional accents. So .... Even worse," Technically, the Vale had a bit of an accent, so that sort of counted as regional, but like ... don't worry about it.
One might call Felicity weird for her obvious preoccupation with accents. Felicity would probably secretly agree, but she'd probably kill anyone who said so.

If 2D had known that Felicity couldn't remember Murdoc's name, he probably would've been pretty amused. With the canine's constant goal of becoming "big and important," he probably would've been furious at the mere thought of someone not knowing his full name. And while 2D certainly cared about Murdoc – enough to follow him all the way here, anyways – he had to admit that it was pretty funny to watch the other's fury when he felt he was wrong. Granted, it wasn't quite as funny when it was directed at you. The serval found himself eagerly nodding as his name was repeated, before his tail swung down to curl around his paws, a purr leaving his throat, "Oh, Videogames? Yeah, I've met 'im. 'E was fere when Murdoc 'n' I joined. 'E seems real nice... I didn't know 'e 'ad another name, though! Guess it's kinda like 2D... since s'shorter 'n' everyfink." Felix was a nice name, and certainly one that would probably be easier for his damaged mind to remember. Hopefully the other wouldn't be too offended if he used it instead of Videogames, though.

He was getting a bit off track however, and thankfully Felicity was here to remind him of what they were talking about in the first place. When he was questioned about where he was from, he felt a sort of childlike giddiness in his chest, mainly because it wasn't a question he heard often. He didn't really hear any questions all that much before this, considering he had been a loner and then the constant companion of Murdoc, but his old home was certainly not a topic that came up very often. Spreading out his blue paws in front of him, the singer made a motion somewhat akin to a shrug before he spoke, "My 'ome? Well, m'not sure where exactly it was, location wise. I know fere where lotsa trees 'round where I lived, 'n' my parents were obviously servals. But m'mum always just told me I was a loner, so I never fought t'ask much more. Sorry if fat isn't very 'elpful... maybe m'parents came from off th'island? Fat would explain th'accents, wouldn't it?" He really wasn't explaining that much, was he? He could only hope that Felicity wouldn't get too angry at him for his vague answers, he supposed.
