Natyli Roux may be better known as a blur.  When she moved, she moved with vigor and it always seemed like she had somewhere to be.  Whether that place was the bay where she attempted to climb Tofu the Turtle or the edge of the shore to run along the water and collect seashells, or if it was exploring the jungle temple and looking for booby traps she swore were there… It varied from day to day.

As the sun rose, burning the ocean into a pink orange, the little chimera jaguar had found her way onto the sandy shore of the beach.  The sand was beginning to warm up and she was moving with intent to find.  Seashells, particularly, which had begun to accumulate into a rather impressive pile.

Of course, today, she was doing more than collecting.  When she felt satisfied with her collection, she began implementing her true plan.  An artistic masterpiece.  Grinning, Natyli began pushing her paws into the sand, molding and shaping.  She needed the shape first.  Then she could begin the careful process of pushing the shells into the body.

An hour of hard work and the minnow was sitting beside a sand and seashell crocodile, eyeballing her creation critically.

Re: CHECKPOINT [★] INTRO - michael t. - 03-23-2020

He supposed it really shouldn't have been that surprising, coming upon a crocodile creation made of seashells and sad by one of Roxie's children. After all, ever since the first day that he had met his sister, she had always been flanked by Kal and Brunhild, her trusted reptilian pets. It seemed as though it was genetics for Roxanne's children to have their own love of scaley creatures. He preferred his companions to be a bit more on the fluffy side, but he certainly wouldn't complain about Natyli going out and expressing herself. Perhaps she would be the artist of the family, or perhaps she would just come up with rambunctious projects worthy of matching with Ry's antics. Either way, the bobcat found himself letting out a low whistle as he padded over, making especially sure not to trample over any parts of the sand sculpture in the process. He really didn't want to get on his little niece's bad side and lose any uncle credit he had – which probably wasn't any, but he could pretend. Sitting down nearby, Michael eyed the seashell beast for a long moment before he spoke, smiling crookedly over at Natyli, "Nice job, Natyli. That thing looks fu- really, really great. Practically looks like it's going to rise up outta the ground and start followin' Kal." He quickly cut himself off before he said "fucking great", knowing Roxanne would kill him if he taught any of her children swears.

Re: CHECKPOINT [★] INTRO - OCTANE. - 03-24-2020

Octane had been a problem child himself. Too fast for his own good and getting into too much fucking trouble all the damn time. The cheetah stretched himself, both legs attached now, and healing. His wounds were patching and he only felt fucking sore now. That was fine though, he could work through the pain. Getting outside and taking a walk was far more entertaining than anything he could do inside. His legs always sunk into into the sand too hard, digging in like little shovels, so Octane approached the grouping precariously.
He stares at them, taking in the little seashell crocodile, a chirp leaving his throat.
"That's cute, amigo! Do the gator have a name?"
