resurrection- intro - brandykit - 03-22-2020

The world was his oyster. His mom had said that time, and time again, and it rung in his ears. Do what he wanted- but don't go too far. Stay near me, or Sam, or Marina. Stay here, kiddo.

It was time to. Y'know, not say here.

It was earlier morning- not much unlike Ry slipping away from his mother- and Brandy had weaved his rather large body away from the furpile of early morning. Goldie, laying against Sam. Both sets of wings lazily draped over the children at Goldie's stomach. A grumble arose from his muzzle as it made it through the plush living room, where not twelve hours earlier he fucking DESTROYED his sibling by leaping on him. A smirk touched his muzzle as he slid out of the front door, across the porch, and leapt down the stairs.

The tiguar's gaze shifted about, and he headed towards the water, his ears perked and fur on end. Excitement, he called, at an early of a morning as this. He chirped- chirped? Whatever- and rushed straight to the tide. A tiny giggle came from him, beating at the water as it came too close- and immediately shivered. That was cold as.. butt. His head turned, blinking a tiny bit. Was anyone really up this early?

Re: resurrection- intro - hushsound. - 03-22-2020

One soul that was up this early was none other than Hushsound, the canine who had been keeping an eye on the new children from afar. Goldie was like a sister to him, and if any harm came to Brandykit and the others? Hush would end up feeling personally responsible. He had been swiping cleanly through the air with his sword when he heard a shrill little excited squeak, his gaze moving over towards the tiguar. Raising an eyebrow, Hushsound placed his blade down before he moved over, stopping at the edge of the sea, the water lapping at the edge of his paws. He watched Brandy for a long moment before he spoke, flicking a pierced ear, "B... Brandykit. Are you sure you should be out here all alone?" He knew quite well that the answer was a resounding no, but he felt the need to ask the child himself, just so that he could begin instilling a sense of personal responsibility within Brandy. He knew full well that Goldie and the others would be excellent caretakers and would teach him well on their own, but that didn't mean he couldn't contribute in his own, smaller ways. He technically wasn't their official uncle, but he considered himself family, and was fairly sure that Goldie did as well.

The moment he had heard about his cousin having cubs, well, had been sweet music to Trygve Roux's tufted ears. Of course, he hadn't been able to meet or play with them until they were a lot older was what his mother told him whilst he nodded excitedly to her when she had given the news. Maybe now, he would have someone he could wrestle with. He couldn't really play rough with his siblings since they were a lot more delicate than him, mainly Eulia and Jameson, but he didn't like having his ego destroyed whenever Natyli would pin him down during their playful fights. The mere memory of it causing a growl to emit from his throat as he left his pile of siblings once more that morning, he slipped into the outside world only to cautiously step out with a small frown. He hoped that large bovine creature wouldn't startle him again though he didn't linger on the thought much when he heard voices and laughter. Ah, he could only assume who it was as he found a devilish grin tugging at his lips and scrambled over sending sand flying behind him. The smile vanished the moment he caught sight of an adult, his muzzle scrunching up in slight distaste. He didn't even know who this mangy dog was though he supposed that they looked cool for an adult not as cool as his cousin Goldie but on the low spectrum of cool not realizing that this lupine was also technically his cousin.

His gaze shifted only to lock onto Brandykit, his fur rising with excitement. Oh man, he wanted to badly throw himself at the other so they'd be completely soaked but he had to remember his mother's stern words. Something about not playing rough? Yeah, something along those lines. His tail would stand upright with a lash, a small smile on his maw ready to introduce himself "Brandykit is it? Nice t'meet ya, I'm Trygve but call me Ry." Or die. He thought with a soft snort, he didn't realize that by family relations this motherfucker was actually his second cousin. How fuckin weird was that? Pretty fuckin weird though he'd never take that kind of title seriously, gods no, he never wanted to be referred to as an second cousin. Fuck that. [glow=COLOR,1,400]✧*:・゚[/glow]

Re: resurrection- intro - brandykit - 03-24-2020

He was familiar enough with Hushsound, to say the least. If not Mariner, Goldie, or Sam taking care of him- Mother, Mom, and Momma to him- it was Aunt Rox or Hushsound. His eyes slid towards him, and a low grumble came from the child. He knew damn well what that question was going to ask him, and his ears flattened as he looked away, lifting his nose and shaking out his fur. "Nobody told me I couldn't!" He declared, before bouncing back towards the waves, sliding into it for a moment before promptly jumping back out, making a flat hissing noise at the wave. Really, cold? He snorted, turning his head.

He caught sight of the black and tawny speckled cub, and his own fur stood on end, his ears shoving back forward with a long, large grin catching his muzzle. Well, well, well. Who was this? As he came closer, and introduced himself, Brandy's ears twitched. His siblings weren't big enough to keep up with him, so maybe this kid here could stand up to the challenge. "Nice t' meet y', Ry." A tiny bit of a snicker emitted from him, his own stark white tail swaying behind him. He was slowly lowering himself down, as if to pounce this second cousin of his, before he cursed softly. His curse wasn't anything profane, yet, but still. A curse.

His mother had found him.

He grumbled gently as his mom came closer, pressing her nose to his head. An idle look slid towards Ry, then back away. This was embarrassing, wasn't it? "I'm not fishing." He declared flatly. His ears, had however relaxed at the petname she had called him. His nose turned into the air, a 'hmph' emitting from his mouth. It was be a lie, though, that he wasn't happy to see Goldie moving. In fact, he was fighting off a wide grin that was tell-tale about seeing his mother up and active.

Re: resurrection- intro - trojan g. - 03-24-2020

Being new did not have too many perks in the eyes of Winnie. He knew only one of the faces here so far that gathered, and it was of a child that he was pretty sure had done something to him. Instant worry wracking his brain at the sight of the horned feline, the bear would make sure to steer clear of the younger being for the moment, moving to the side of the adults. Winnie was far from adult, but at this time he knew them to be better suited for protecting him if Ry did something again.

What was it that he did?

A small breath of air left the bear's maw as he decided to think about it later. It wasn't important now, after all, there were matters of meeting those out here by the water. "Hello," The bear would begin, offering a small smile to those around him, "M'name's Winnie, I'm sorta new here..." Voice and eyes drifted off for a moment before eyes found Brandykit once more, confusion glazing his face for but a moment. Why did he come here? And why was the horned cub scaring him?

Kian Ó Faoláin
The number of children among his crewmates had grown exponentially in recent times.  The Irishman hardly minded, wearing nothing but fond smiles when he spotted one of those youth running about.  It was only a shame that there was so many children, Kian was growing worried he might lose track of them, their names and which parents were whose.

The small feline found himself trotting up to stand beside Hushsound, a friendly grin flashing across his maw.  "Dia dhuit," he offered with a brief tilt of his head, amusement glinting in his sea-green eyes.  No fishing, huh?  "'m Kian.  Perhaps you'd like to see trick with the water?"

His eyes would dart over to Goldie briefly, as though asking permission.  When it came to pulling stunts with his water manipulation, Kian would never want another parent upset with him, regardless of how careful he was.
