When it came to new ideas Blits liked to think that he was quite open. Sure, sometimes it took a while for him to fully grasp what was being explained to him. His fried mind took time and careful explanations in order to comprehend new concepts - even more so for the retelling of concepts that he already had established as fact. Flying was one of those things that Blits deemed to be fact. He thought himself to be amazing at flight and all things revolving around the mechanics of staying and maneuvering through the air. He had learned through lots of trial, error, and incredible life-or-death circumstances. Being thrown off a building meant that he truly had one last attempt to learn. He'd managed, and that landing had been a crash. Tumbling across the dirt and grass, digging and flinging across the ground from the failed landing. It had always been the hardest part of flying. It'd been quite the struggle, but eventually Blits had gotten the hand on flying and landing on smooth and solid platforms. What he continued to struggle with was landing in trees.

This brought his fried mind to an idea that had recently come to mind. One of Blits' talents, one that he certainly insisted that he had, was being helpful. He swept and dusted and cooked and could mop a floor spotless. All were incredibly important talents that Blits knew and used and performed well. Helping those that were sad was underneath the term of 'helpful'. The sinornithosaurus could understand that being sad was perfectly normal. But, of course, there was ways that even those that were reasonably sad could have their spirits lifted. He didn't know the details about taking care of children. Equally Blits didn't know much about why Rox was upset. He could figure it out with time and figure out a better way to help. This was the first step. An easy form of a first step, just interaction and distraction. It took a bit of searching and a bit of asking, but eventually he found the right home. Talons lifted and curled, then knocking against the door. "Hello? Rox? Is, is this the right house? I've gotta ask about something!" He chattered, his head moving closer to the doorway to bump against it with his horn. He hoped that this was a good idea. Blits felt like he had lots of good ideas. This certainly would be one of them. "If you're not busy. Or if this is the wrong house."
