She hadn’t been able to really, truly visit with anyone thanks to her predicament. The lightning strikes were unpredictable, and the thunder that sometimes erupted and shook the surrounding area scared children off. People stayed away for safety, and she made it easy for them to avoid her by being away from the village, perching high above ground and communicating by telepathy to those who would listen.
She decided to take a flight around the territory, releasing built up electrical energy on a large deer she had spotted, granting the creature a swift death. With the smell of prey, she descend upon the form of it, looking around for anyone else. No one would have followed her, right?
