Disappointed at the failure, but not deterred in the slightest, the lioness trotted after the patrol. Her longer legs allowed her to easily keep pace with the smaller feline, and her bulk made it easy to bulldoze through any Pittians dumb enough to avoid getting in her way. Squinting as she estimated his weight, she attempted to lift up the maine coon with her telekinesis powers before spewing another cone of flames directly at him. She never practiced that particular power in a raid before, but she was just itching to try it on such a small opponent. Besides, he went after her when she was tiny -- this seemed more than fair.

A lion versus a domestic dog was not exactly a fair fight and he would surely dominate the battlefield, even if he had to move [member=2899]AUGUST[/member] out of the way beforehand. Sunhaven would not receive their prize just yet.
Growing close, jagged claws unsheathed from their sockets. His haunches pushed him off the ground, soaring through the air towards Rebecca with a unsettling hiss. He'd attempt to push her to the ground and let his weight bare into her side as his claws dug deep into her flesh.

She doesn't see Lucky until it's too late, the air leaving her lungs as she's forced to the ground, a growl rumbling in her throat once she gains herself again. "Bastard!" she breathes out, aiming to slam her paw into the underside of his chin to disorient him, at least so she could get her bearings back. "character's speech."
