There was confusion in his pearl colored gaze, the feeling spreading through his body as he looked at the woman before him. She didn't want to lose another what? Chimp? Chisel? Chipper? No, no, none of those seemed right nor did they seem to fit the mood of what was happening. But the leader was usually a bit oblivious and if he wasn't told outright it would be a while before he guessed it himself. It just wasn't his strong suite and so here he was looking at the woman as if he was constipated since he was debating really hard on what she could have possibly meant by that clipped off sentence. That was until a paw lightly brushed along the curve of his jaw, sending a wave of comfort through his form. His face relaxed and he allowed his whole form to follow suite as he looked upon Mama with a soft and serene look. He was the first that she considered a friend and truly that meant a lot to him. He smiled then, gaze lowering to the ground before he let out a gentle sigh. "Ay, I do try my best tae make a friend. But ya know, we need each other more than before. I missed ya a lot." He suddenly moved forward, hoping not to startle her and attempted to press his head against her chest.
