ETERNALWAR ASCENDANTS "a real walk in the park - ugh I hate welcoming tours if only because they get so fuckin tedious - a wild party would be a better welcome, make em all feel special" a rough voice cuts in.

Though Etty's somewhat strangely reserved - she hadn't even gotten to say welcome back to ol roles Royce and now he's dead. God fucking damnit. Everyone just had to up n die on her lately didn't they, without even a by or leave - she'd be angry if she wasn't so pissed at the murderer in question - fuck at least hotelhells and ol margarine had gotten to go out peacefully - heck even a good death woulda been preferable but nah, some coward cuts him down. Oh she wasn't sad she was just angry - but that was nothing new. Re: CHEAT DEATH IF YOU WANT TO | MEETING 9.3 - ★ HAZEL - 09-05-2018

as love filled night gives way to day
Hazel didn't want to attend the meeting; she didn't care enough about it, or the clan's inner workings. In fact, she wasn't sure how Bastille was standing above them all, voice level and calm if not stone cold while she hardly felt the need to move herself from her spot against the wall. Given the event that she could feel the bond between them, she might have been able to detect something underneath the apathy. But the link felt numb, void; nonexistent. Even his voice barely reached her ears, and her only form of acknowledgement came in the twitch of her ears. Hazel simply existed on the fringe of the crowd, hidden in the shadows of the room, in the shadows of her own mentality. Margaery, Suiteheart, and Roy were dead...but life went on.

He was unsure if he had even attended any previously, his time here had been short but was closing in on a month – or had he been here longer and his mind simply blurred the edges, time rather strange to him for it seemed to bare no meaning anymore. But things had been different this time, something about the atmosphere, the way Bastille spoke and the deaths which had come before this, only making such clearer. Upon the edges the dark child lingered, never letting himself become apart of those gathered, uneasy breaths escaping him all too clearly showing the worry he felt. Never had Harland enjoyed the presence of crowds, too many packed together, cloying as their body heat and words washed over him, but he felt he needed to be here. Ears perked when a particular name was called and slow was a smile to take hold, gaze flicking about the space, seeking out Moon. But he seemed unlucky in this, the lion was almost out the door entirely when he spotted him, words dying on his lips and he seemed rooted to the spot, unwilling to follow just yet. |
