Morgan felt most of his face heat up beneath his fur as his boyfriend purred. When his tail was in the cat's grasp, he found himself wishing he could embrace him more closely, though he knew it wasn't the time for that yet as he still needed answers to his questions.

Since the intimacy of the situation was very obviously getting to Morgan, Vigenere's request for a pencil and paper was unintentionally helpful to get him to focus again. He shook his head both to answer his partner and to get rid of his intrusive thoughts, then whispered, "I don't have any here, but I can get some from my cave. I'll be back soon." He gave the feline one last long lick across the muzzle and stood up, heading for the door.

The canine refroze the icebox once more and left the building, running toward the nearest pool to get some water. Once he did so, he flew himself out of town and to his cave, where he picked up some pens and paper before flying back toward Vigenere's.

Though the trips back and forth were not particularly long, they did give both Morgan and Vigenere some time alone. The samoyed spent his time thinking about his boyfriend and how it would be to share a space with him. Their time together in his den was quite enjoyable, but he wasn't sure if it was right to ask for more.

Upon returning to Vigenere, Morgan smiled wide and dropped the writing supplies in front of him. "Sometimes I wonder if it'd be easier for me to stay here with you, Vigenere," he remarked with a relieved sigh. "Anyway, here's what you asked for. I'm really excited to learn about your cipher, my Vigenere..." He lied back down next to his boyfriend and wagged his tail, staring at the blank sheets he had set on the floor.
