He was still sort of reeling from his... unfortunate reminiscence, still having the echoing voice of a tortured soul that he had ruined bouncing around in his skull, but he was at least more collected now, able to actually talk to her. So the aberration she was planning on making was why she had been so frequently asking for organs - quite the interesting reason. He would usually just be stockpiling them for transplants or food, but she decided to start big.
