It was unclear why he was trembling, but it certainly wasn't from fear. He stepped closer, his bloody teeth spreading into a fearful grin. "YOU, MY DARLING, WILL NEVER TELL ANYONE THAT I DID THIS. A PANTHER CAUGHT YOU IN THE JUNGLE AND TORE YOU APART BECAUSE YOU LOOKED LIKE PREY." Primus's tail lazily swayed again, mesmerizing almost.
[i]"BUT IF YOU EVER.. EVER... TELL ANYONE ABOUT THIS, YOU WILL WATCH YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS DIE." He stepped closer, his eyes as close as possibly to hers, the glowering red optics staring at her hauntingly. "YOU WILL FOLLOW SOON AFTER THEM." Primus then stalked to the other side of the wall, his body swaying as he walked, and he shivered in pleasure again. "MY WORK ISN'T DONE UNTIL DELDRACH AKAODON IS DEAD. SHE WILL PAY FOR KILLING ME IN MY PAST LIFE, SHE WILL PAY FOR NOT LOVING ME AND LOVING THAT MUTATED PIECE OF SHIT."
Primus's muzzle suddenly cracked, the teeth shifting unnaturally. He made a grimace of pain, but it was easy enough to tell his bite pattern had changed. He stepped to the corner, dipping his bone muzzle into the water and washing it of blood, the water clouding with Goldie's blood. "IF YOU TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT MY PLAN, OR WHO DID THIS TO YOU, REMEMBER THE CONSEQUENCES, MY DARLING~."
Primus didn't give her time to answer, unlocking the door and disappearing into the jungle.

his words entered her ears and she remained silent. she was an awful liar. she knew she was. she hated how it felt to lie, but if this was what she had to do, she would. the girl listened as he explained the consequences, tensing a bit more. this was all her fault, somehow. if her family got hurt it would be all her fault. she needed to make sure she did everything right.
but then, he brought up his true plan and her breath stopped. he was going to kill deldrach? she needed to stop him from doing that somehow, but she couldn't do that yet. she couldn't do that now. she needed to help somehow. she needed to find a way that wouldn't lead to anyone else being injured. she couldn't figure out how yet, though. now wasn't the time. the pain flowed through her and she couldn't come up with anything properly anyway.
as he left, she allowed herself to breathe again, her breaths shaking harshly. she wanted to cry, and she almost did. fear and pain and guilt flowed through her like she'd never felt before. she couldn't feel her hind legs. she couldn't move. but, she needed to. she needed to get up. but, she felt frozen in fear.
