Shining looked a bit shaky as he lay off to the side. His focus stayed away from Roy, eyes downcast on his paws. Not even the mention of his own name caused him to glance up. Something had obviously traumatized him temporarily, perhaps from the Typhoon raid earlier. His mouth constantly moved in a strand of ramblings, under his breath silently. A new, fresh wound had appeared on his left shoulder, bandaged slightly. He obviously didn't pay attention and wouldn't remember much from this meeting.

Agent Washington
former human - freelancer - manipulative
Washington was there sitting silently. He was there to absorb information to take back to Carolina and nothing else. Having little to no sleep meant that he wasn't willing to do a lot of things for the outpost itself. The Freelancer blinked his golden and blue eyes before finally getting up onto his paws once Bastille was done speaking. Typhoon as enemies. That didn't seem all that bad. They were just animals after all. How bad could they be? Washington looked over his shoulders before walking away from the meeting, a yawn silenly happening inside of his helmet.

FAREWELL, I'VE GONE TO TAKE MY THRONE ABOVE,
But don't weep for me, 'Cause this will be, the labour of my love
Anzarel made his presence known, though the large beast was somewhat troubled - he had a nephew over enemy lines after all and though he knew Lucifer could take care of himself well enough - and in truth such conflicts were a drop in the water to them and their long lives -but such it seemed would be the common family drama perhaps.
