goldie recognized izuku and was glad to see him. she didn't know the boy very well but she figured he must be pretty active in the group for her to see him so much. as he responded that they were doing well, she would flash a small grin. she was glad! she didn't want them to be in any trouble. she noticed his concern towards her, though, and she would quickly grow defensive. the fur she had left puffed up slightly and she would try her best to sit up straight. nobody needed to worry about her! everybody needed to worry about themselves, and she needed to worry about them, too. nobody has time or need to worry about her! she didn't want anyone to.

"i'm glad you guys are doing good! and, ooh, i love hot chocolate. thank you very much, mister!" she said in an enthusiastic voice, nodding to izuku. it seemed like solveig said pretty much everything that needed to be said, but she wondered briefly if she should ask for supplies due to the tsunami. she wouldn't know what exactly to ask for, though. "i dunno if you heard, but we got hit by a tsunami and we just returned since the waters have cooled down. i dunno what we'd really need, though, to be honest." she tried to explain to the male. she was going to say more, but then was caught off guard by the other snowbound member.

she stayed quiet for a moment, her mouth parting slightly in surprise. she watched as solveig tried to take care of it and didn't say anything, watching the other. she wasn't sure why she was acting like this. she hopes she did not make her upset. she was about to say something, when another approached and commented on her injuries. she let out a small huff, wishing others wouldn't worry so much. "i'm fine, i promise. i'm tough!" she said with a reassuring voice, eyeing the stranger for a moment. she broke her gaze when cry responded, though. oh jeez, she was upset.

with atbash's arrival, goldie felt a bit more comfortable. she was sure the female would help, and it seemed she did. the girl tilted her head, giving an apologetic expression to cry. "yes, we're friends! i'm sorry if we've made you upset. i'd love to be friends with you," she said quickly and kindly, trying to reassure the female. she didn't know that somebody from the typhoon had attacked a child - in fact, that somebody happened to be her mama who had disappeared so long ago - but, she was sure it was taken care of properly. "i'm sure my papa punished that member. the typhoon certainly does not want to cause trouble with you guys - you're all very nice!"

[div style="margin: 0 auto; width: 55%; font-family: arial; font-size: 11pt; text-align: justify;"]Mourning Star darted up Izuku's leg and appeared on his head, the little mouse watching the pirates carefully. At Cry's outburst, Mourn huffed and sniffed at the air, giving her angriest mouse face to the pirates. "YOU PEOPLE ARE DUMB." She signed, knowing how unlikely it was that any of them spoke or understood sign.

The mouse could sympathise a little with the tsunami relief, though. Mourn was certainly no fan of water, and even a cat's comfortable depth of water would kill her. Interesting that the "captain's daughter" survived the tsunami despite that she apparently couldn't go anywhere without an escort. It was just Mourn being cynical, but that was her impression. "YOU HAVE A SIMPLISTIC IDEA OF POLITICS. ALLIANCES SHOULDN'T BE FORMED ON HOW NICE A GROUP IS." Again, Mourning was sure Goldenluxury didn't understand sign, but whatever. She would be pleasantly surprised if predators actually had the intelligence to learn or speak sign.
