Crystal laughed as she was gently squished into the ground. She snorted, her wings flailing. Let me go, you freak! She could understand his fear, though. Before she became a bird, her old body wasn't... susceptible to the cold. Her and cold never agreed. Whenever she visited, her body would automatically shut down, thinking winter had come and put her into hibernation. She would fall cold and limp, barely showing signs of life. Too see her living in a tundra, new body or not, must have been a pretty scary thought.
She huffed as she was let go. She slowly stood up, dusting herself off. Dirty cretan... she hissed, humor lining her voice. She rolled her eyes, folding her wings back into her side. Like you can even complain. Your so nice to everyone but me. She choked, hiding a smile as she wiped under her eyes, feining tears. Oh, Woe is me. Your only friend.

Alister looks to Izuku with that odd, toothy smile. "It's nice to meet you. I'm sorry to encroach on your territory. It seems that we've gone off course-" He stops himself, closing his eyes and splaying a paw over his chest. "My apologies. I've ingrained so many old protocols into my mind. I didn't mean to wander into a place that was not open for visitors. It seems to happen more often than I'd like now-a-days."
He baps Cry on the back softly. "Of course you're my friend." He kept his smile, but worry began to overtake his expression. He remembered cold nights and dark days back home, lighting fires and wrapping Kailey in blankets to keep her warm in hopes of just a few more minutes for her to stay awake. But now, in this place he found himself in, she was no longer bothered by the chill, and instead seemingly embraced it. "You're still tiny. But breakable now." He leaned his head down to examine her new body. "Be careful with that. Don't need another idiotic stunt to put you out of commission."
