Eight frowned. Why was everyone so keen on protecting her. Her eyes were focused on the larger forms in front of her, so she didn't even notice that Vigenere was speaking to her telepathically (frankly, she'd be panicking even more if she did notice). Eight blinked, taking an evasive stance. Well. If they wanted her to stay out of the fight, she could do that. She spent hours on end on dodging tests, who said she couldn't dodge a giant lizard? This would be easy. She blinked, watery eyes shaking as she watched Fenrisulfer take stance over her. She never did like the idea of anything standing over her, especially with thousands of twisting halls full of Octo Stamps and Flooders, but she was too tense to move. Her tentacles on her head twitched in anticipation, two tangling together and feeling her own blood rush underneath the surface. This was real life. There was no coming back from this if she lost blood. Even underground, they never drew blood as punishment, they only splatted her; forced her down to a simpler form and brought her back to a safe 'checkpoint'. She doens't know if she's ever drawn blood before. Frankly... she doesn't want to remember. "SPEECH" Re: LOVELY / open, feral raptor - axiom - 06-23-2018 [align=center]
Oh boy, the one time she sneaks out of camp is the one time a feral dinosaur is lose in the place. How bothersome! Tail lashing nervously, the panther cub wearily stalked closer to Fenrisulfur, joining Eight behind her father's protective bulk. The feral utahraptor was big and could probably eat her up in one gulp, a terrifying realization. "Lots of animals don't like fire, maybe we should light the forest on fire?" she mumbled, glancing from the feral beast to her dad for a moment. It seemed like a crazy idea, to burn the territory to get rid of one creature, but she knew her dad's power over fire would prevent any of them from getting hurt by the flames. And, well, there was no telling when and how the bigass lizard was going to hurt them.
