Re: RUNAWAY RUNAWAY // visitor - VAYNE CIPHER-VANTAS. - 01-31-2021 [glow=white,1,400]LIKE WE FORGET WHO WE CAN TRUST ! — 。+゚.[/glow]
Vayne knew this day was coming, as much as she was fearful of when it would happen. It was only a matter of time before Aphra got tired of waiting for her to come back and would instead come and fetch Vayne to bring her 'home'. When the bell first rang, the Cipher spawn eagerly started to make her way towards the gate, but her excitement quickly dwindled when she caught sight of the familiar pure white fur along with a rose-tinted scent. What Vayne didn't expect during this whole ordeal, however, was her crewmates coming to her defense. It seemed like they knew that Vayne was uncomfortable around Aphra, even if she herself didn't entirely understand why. The long-haired she-cat watched with wide eyes as Roan attacked her mother, subconsciously pressing herself against Diya's large body. "Pl-please don't hurt her..!" Vayne cried out, hearing both Roan and Roxanne's threats. Diya was right in saying that she still had affection for Aphra, as strange as it may seem; Vayne didn't want to see her mother hurt. The fact that Diya claimed her as her own surprised her, but she didn't say anything about that. Acting like she was surprised would likely fuel Aphra's desires on wanting her to return 'home'. "I-I'm staying here, Mother. This is my home." Vayne tried to speak in a loud and clear voice towards Aphra, but she was sure her voice shook as she spoke. She was scared, she was worried, she had no idea what was going to happen next or if she was even safe as of this moment.[glow=COLOR,1,400] ━ ✧*:・゚[/glow] Re: RUNAWAY RUNAWAY // visitor - roan ; - 01-31-2021 [align=center] 「 BUT NOW THESE DAYS ARE GONE, I'M NOT SO SELF ASSURED 」

The soothsayer had wanted nothing more than to make Aphra suffer, and leave her bleeding out in the dirt. He had been so close to doing so, too. It only would've taken a little bit more shifting, and his claws could've sunk into something important. Something that would finally cause the bitch to shut up for once in her miserable life. In fact, when the pure white feline tried to spew some bullshit about how Vayne was her daughter, Roan allowed his claws to slip out further, hopefully digging into her shoulders. He only truly backed off when he felt Diya's nudge against his shoulder, a silent sign for him to back off. A stubborn and unruly growl left the siamese's throat as he took a step back, blue eyes drilling into Aphra as he spat, "You're lucky they showed up. Very fucking lucky. I wouldn't have granted you the same mercy." He had no idea why his mama felt like giving her any mercy, either. It wasn't as if the other hadn't hurt them all.
With his tail lashing from side to side behind him, Roan stepped back a few paces, his body still vibrating with energy. He could still feel his elementals ready to respond within a moment's notice, hopefully to roast Aphra from the inside out with electricity. However, he silenced that urge for the moment, his ears pinning down against his skull. As he looked towards Roxie, he muttered softly to his mama, and the group's captain, "If... if she ever shows up again, I'm going to kill her." Thankfully, he was fairly sure that Rox would do the same, if Aphra didn't take her deal now, or returned in the future. He knew that Vayne would be unhappy to hear such a statement, but he wasn't going to take it back. He was serious – Aphra wouldn't survive if he saw her again. Speaking of Vayne... it finally seemed as though the girl was standing up for herself. That was good. Maybe that meant she wouldn't turn out like the rest of her family line – Roan knew better than to hold his breath for that, though. Letting out a soft hissing sigh from his muzzle, the medic turned, glancing towards Vayne before he spoke, "...I'm sorry you had to see that, Vayne." And he was being genuine with that apology. He hadn't wanted Vayne to see him lose it so wildly. However, he would never apologize for attacking Aphra in the first place – he didn't feel any remorse for doing so. Knowing that sticking around to see Aphra's response would only piss him off further, the male then turned to go, his claws still faintly bloody. He was sure that his mama was more than capable of cleaning up the situation, and if she wasn't... well, he'd already made his position clear. ( out unless stopped for some reason!! )[/td][/tr][/table] Re: RUNAWAY RUNAWAY // visitor - APHRA CIPHER . - 02-01-2021 [glow=grey,1,400]LOVE ME, HATE ME ! — 。+゚.[/glow]
There mere sight of Diya was enough to anger Aphra, but the she-bear's comment is what really pissed her off. "Your daughter?!" She spat, trying to wriggle out from Roan's grasp (to no avail, of course). "You have no right to claim her as your own, you are not the one who gave birth to her!" It was a desperate cry to still control the one child she could, not that Aphra would admit that, of course. Before she could say anything else, though, Roxanne came and Aphra hissed and bared her teeth at the Captain, before her head was shoved towards the sand. When Roan released her, the white she-cat recoiled and sputtered, spitting out sand as much as she could. The sound of her daughter's voice had her excited though and Aphra looked over to Vayne, only for her own daughter to tell her that she didn't want to be with her. "Fine. Fine!" She snarled, scratching at the sand in anger. "If that's what you want, then, fine. Fine. Don't come crying back to me when you've had your fun." She was speaking to Vayne, of course, but was glaring at her former crewmates one by one - even Lucy, who she didn't even know. Guilty by association, unfortunately. With that, the demoness turned around and started to leave, limping all the while. //Aphra's out unless stopped as well![glow=COLOR,1,400] ━ ✧*:・゚[/glow] Re: RUNAWAY RUNAWAY // visitor - SirDio - 02-01-2021 Lucy felt herself stiffen. Teeth showed and electricity crackled. If this pristine bitch really thought that her going through the pain of labor made her a mother, Lucy couldn't help but laugh. Pitiful. [color=#093044]"Blood of the covenant is thicker than water in the womb." Was all the Mau said, voice cold and harsh. Controlling parents.. god that disgusted her. She matched Aphras glare tenfold, not making any moves to stop her. [color=#093044]"Good riddance." |
