With the arrival of Conrad and Clyde, Stheno noticed the hint of annoyance in her face immediately, especially when Conrad gave her a slight nudge. She didn't offer a gaze toward the rabbit, but with her ears angled toward Conrad, it was clear she was paying attention. "They are simply trying to get around with life..." She spoke too quietly for anyone to hear, and her expression visibly tightened with the mention of biting them.

Then Charlie entered the scene, noting her venom, referring to her as a lady (she didn't care, even if she saw herself the furthest thing from one), and she relaxed a small bit. She was trying to be friendly, but with those two wanting to attack, have her bite with lethal venom (even with Charlie's revised plan, there was no saying what either of the duo hoped from the hybrid), she doubted the creature would return the notion. Torn between proving 'friendship' to the creature and letting the newer members take action to get their leader out, she broke eye contact with the creature and kept her eyes on Clyde and Conrad. God, does everything on this island have to end with violence? Oh, that was ironic, coming from a dealer of death, and executioner.

This one was odd, something he did not understand but he was curious enough to not try and snap their head off. In fact he slowly took another step forward, sickle like claws clutching as he watched their maw move again and make sounds that he could not comprehend. Strange. Slowly his head turned the other way and he affixed one large orb on the individual, his body seemingly relaxed and calm as he swayed his thick tail against the stagnant air. Flexing his throat a sound emitted that sounded like low babbling. A language that any other raptor would understand as he was attempting to talk to the other individual before him. 'Prey? Hunt?' The babbling was a rumbling nose before suddenly his head lifted up with a jerk and his pupils condensed to small pinpricks within a sea of pink red. Creatures had come forth and they were speaking. Rapid sounds that he did not understand and to not understand made a mess of the situation. His jaws tightened as he looked at the rabbit and the wolf that had appeared. But he quickly took up a defensive stance, body rigid as he stood over the lion he had captured just moments before. The hiss that escaped him was a very clear warning to back off, aggressive in tone. Meaning blood and death would be handed out if they took another step.

Though his patience was shattered when another came forth. A smaller creature that seemed to bare teeth and hiss back at him. A threat was percieved and the large apex predator would react in turn to such a display just as they moved to attack him. The rabbit was a nuisance and he felt teeth against flesh and muscle. Large sickle like claws aimed to slam down upon the feeble body if the rabbit, to carve thick slices through flesh just as the wolf and feline both jumped on top of his body. The nine foot behemoth flexed large wings then and pushed harshly against the ground to stabilize his body. Jerking his tail around that slammed against a tree and caused the old root to groan at the impact. Claws scrapped and peeled at scales that covered the ghastly white reptilian. The fin that crested his head and ran along his body lifted up, a sudden scream leaving the monster's jaws as it began to pulse with energy. He jerked and shifted, aiming to slam his side with the canine on it against the tree to catch him between the opposing forces. Jaws twisting and aiming to snatch and drag the feline off of his body to be shaken like a ragdoll as a high pitched noise became apparent and the glow of his fin pulsed faster.
"SPEECH"

While she reveled in violence, senseless violence was annoying. Especially when the creature had tried to communicate to her in a way she couldn't understand. But the aggression? Defense? She understood that. So when Clyde, Conrad, and Charlie went for the offense, she let out a furious yowl. She dove for the rabbit, aiming to knock him away before any serious damage continued. Successful or not, she veered around the beast, and tried to latch onto Clyde, claws extended to dig into fur and flesh. Then the beast's fin pulsed and glowed and made noise. Stheno ran a short distance before letting out her own horrid scream, not as loud as Ghost's but loud enough to tear her throat, "YOU FOOLS! GET OFF HIM!" This really should not have happened - they should not have even tried to attack, even if it was meant to distract Ghost enough for Stryker to get out. Speaking of which...

She darted between the battling beasts to Stryker, leaping upon him, and standing on his side, she hissed into his ear, "Best you get out of here, fearless leader, lest you want to get killed." She then leaped off of him and ran again in front of Ghost, keeping a distance.
