bc I kinda have half a dozen WIP dragon sketches I could line and use - but some have like two sets of eyes or look kinda non-traditional.

Oh yep! they can look anyway your imagination can go. Valinor has two pairs of eyes and more bat like wings so yepp!

Clan: Snowbound (with y'all c; plus I have no one there atm)
Personality: this is usually a WIP while I get a feel of them ICly but he does have traits of Loyalty, mostly to his fam but he's unnerving (both in looks and aura) and his general demeanor is intimidating - He'll likely grow up to be a 'ends justify the means' kinda guy and considering who his FC is the mantra 'yu keep what you kill' might work here hm.
Description: I CAN DO ONE BETTER, HERES A DESIGN FOR HIM, one of my many unused designs - obviously at 6months he's a mini version of this so he's a small-ish ball of spikes and black scales tbh)
Other: he'll gain fire breath later on, though it'll be coloured dark blue
for the VALINOR DRACARUS X NPC - WESTERN DRAGONS
