ahhh yeah i feel you, i used to cheat occasionally but the health debuffs of eating gluten were too much. least it means i eat healthier since i can't eat most processed food. also idk if you have this problem but all "gluten free" versions of stuff is ridiculously expensive, so i prefer to just not buy them.
